” Dear teachers, dear administrators, dear students and dear friends,

First of all, thank you for being here today.

It is a great honor for me to have been chosen to speak tonight about this new exciting Double Masters in Global Media and Communications in front of you.

As you may know, Adela, Dian, Jaibal, Jose, Lara, Lisa, Navta, Soraya , Starry and I are the first students of this pioneer degree, wanted by the late Professor Roger Silverstone and Professor Terhi Rantanen at LSE.

It is a totally unique programme because it combines two worlds, the West and the non-West, or the Non-East and the East, the Anglo - Saxon culture and the Asian culture, but also because it is the result of a collaboration between two universities among the most prestigious in the world. [...]

Rankings (Fudan and LSE)

Usually, the consensus, in China or abroad, is to consider Tsinghua University (located in Beijing) as the number one Chinese university, Beida (Peking University) as the second and Fudan as the third university.
